Stephanie and Tony have offered to host a meeting with a financial planner that works with families like us. The presentation is focused on educating familes who have children (or other dependents) with special needs on some of the legal and financial issues as they pertain to planning for the future. In addition, she will discuss the importance of protecting the eligibility of government-based programs/benefits, which includes the role of supplemental needs trusts.
